Halloween

Well here are some pictures of the kids from Halloween weekend. We had lots of fun. This year was the first year Hannah really got into saying "trick or treat" the only problem was she wanted it to last days not just one night.


Here is Elijah as a Jedi. Thanks to his Aunt Bev he got a really cool costume for his friends party.

Lego R2-D2

This last weekend was the Lego builders event at the mall. We got to help build a giant R2-D2. It was very cool for adults and Kids.

Today elijah jumped in the car so excited to tell me his school pictures are back. Every year we go threw this. He is such a cute kid who does not smile when you tell him to.

Happy Birthday Hannah!!!

It is official Hannah is three years old.

I can not believe it. She has grown up so much in the last few months. Her new thing is princesses. For her birthday she got a princess tea set and a princess dress up clothing. It is so much fun. She cracks me up because she can be so girl with her little dress up clothing and running around in her pretty dresses. Just to go out to the sand box and dump sand over her head. It never fails every bath we are getting sand out of her hair. But at least she is having fun.

She is so much like Aaron. Both are very intelligent and very suborn. She has that engineering mind. She is not a toy kid she loves things that challenge her. It has amazed us and others how quickly she can put together puzzles. We have run into problems find puzzles that she can do over and over that will challenge her. my sister Bev got her the best wooden puzzle from this toy store in Hillsboro. This puzzle was expensive in my book but it is so awesome. But Last week we found the same ones online threw Amazon for so much cheaper and more complex.

She had a great birthday and now wants to have another party. She is so excited about Halloween this year and getting to wear her princess dress. Well both her and Elijah are so excited for Halloween. Both love dressing up. This year Izzie is going to be a grape and Elijah is the kung fu panda. It will be fun. Then our next party will be Izzie first birthday. How crazy is that. This year has just flew by.

Fun times on the coast

Last weekend we went to the coast. It was great. We had so much fun at the Aquarium and spending time as a family.

Here are some other fun pictures we took. Sorry if the are fuzzy. They were all taken on my cell phone. We realized when we got to the hotel that the camera was at home hooked up to the computer. At the bottom is a video of Hannah touching the stuff in one of the tide pools. At the end it is her laughing. She thought it was so much fun.

All the kids did great at the Aquarium tell we saw the spider crab things. They were this huge crab with big spider legs. Both Hannah and Elijah were freaked out about them. If you did not notice Hannah is in a lot of these pictures. She loves having her picture taken now. She sees my phone or the camera and she wants her picture taken. When we were there every time she saw something she liked she was like "Hannah picture please!"

Firsts

Last night he lost his first tooth. He was at his dad's house when he lost it and he really did lose it. When we got there to pick him up his tooth was gone. They said that he had lost it a few hours before. He wrote the tooth fairy a very nice note explaining what had happen and telling her how sorry he was. This morning when he got up he was so excited that she had left him some money.

Well Elijah started 2nd grade today. I can't believe he is in 2nd grade. Because we live so close to the school last year we walked to school on the first day as a family to see his classroom. This year Elijah wanted to do it again. It was great fun. It was amazing to me how important it was to him that we all went. I guess we just started a tradition with in our little family. The best part was when we got into his class and the little boy sitting on his left is Mathew. Mathew lives right around the corner from us. He came over a few times this summer on his bike to say hi. Elijah also had two little friends in his class from last year. We are so happy and hope is to the answer to our prayers for elijah to make some friends.

When were at the school Hannah was upset that she was not going to school. She was all ready to start right along side her big brother. She is lots of fun and on the go. On that note Izzie is everywhere now. She is so close to walking it is crazy.
